Yes I know its a strange title for a review but it hits the nail on the head. Danelle knows my opinion about Real estate Agents in General. Its poor.... and fuelled by all my impressions that most are a bunch of self obsessed, narcissistic twits who have inflated opinions of their worth. The Industry has zero credibility and the value for money we (as customers) seem to get is lousy. Now enough of my ranting, lets focus on Danelle. By the way, you may wonder why only With all the duplicitous intent and garbage that is fuelled in the Real Estate Game, very little comes out of Danelle. I had dealings with her when I bought my unit 3 years ago and she was the only true light to temper my feelings of angst toward the Industry. As I wanted to progress my Sale I engaged her to sell the unit. This is what I got ! As per my first association she was professional, honest and forthright. There was none of the platitudinal crap you get from other agents about "how successful I am" or "I am the market expert". Danelle and her Sales Associate sat with me and discussed the market in real terms, no fake promises, no assumptions, plain English marketing advice and sensible price advice. We negotiated a win -win scenario for us both and within the week we exceeded that expectation. Unit sold above our asking price due to professional and realistic market advice to myself and the purchaser. Lets not mince words (you can probably tell I don't).... Danelle is the no nonsense agent you want on your side. If you want flashy, self promoting twits who are interested in themselves ahead of yourself, then don't call Danelle. If you want a sale, right advice and peace of mind then I suggest you call her up. By the way, you may wonder why I rate her only 3 stars (one 4). Well I am sort of like Danelle, I tell the truth, I assess openly and honestly, I don't conflate ratings, I don't get patriarchal or ahead of myself. Most other Agents rate a big fat zero.....

Danelle and Jonathan were great agents to deal with. Our business was conducted quickly and with no fuss in what could have been a tricky deal. Clearly there negotiating skills made a material difference to a great outcome for both us and the vendor. Their knowledge of the subject property and its potential and limitations played a big part in us being able to make a quick and informed decision.
