Both Danelle and Jonathon kept us updated after the open for inspection periods and provided weekly reports from real estate.com.au They also provided a detailed report of feedback from the people that had inquired about the property or attended the inspections. They managed issues with the existing tenants with patience and courtesy during the sale process. Whilst we did not achieve our initial listing price, we did achieve a reasonable sale price commensurate with the feedback from the people who had undertaken inspections of the property. Although we did purchase this property with a different agent a few years ago, we were impressed with Danelle at the many other open inspections we attended at the time. She was a real stand out agent in that she was honest, open and friendly, and we thought she would be a good fit with our existing tenants as we predicted that they might be challenging during the sale process. She and Jonathon are to be commended with the handling of the tenants and the total sale process and we would highly recommend them.
