Exceeded my expectations on every level!!

I couldn’t be happier that I worked with Daniel Ashton to sell my property, and would highly recommend him to anyone selling in the St Kilda East/Elsternwick area.
Appraisal process – I really appreciated the fact that Daniel provided a very realistic appraisal value, and we sat down and came up with the estimate together. This meant that throughout the campaign the price positioning and my expectations stayed the same (and even went up a little) rather than being managed down. This was a much more enjoyable and less stressful process!
Communication – Daniel is an extremely thorough communicator and provides very detailed feedback via a call after every inspection. He has a strong attention to detail, and gives you all the background (both positive and negative). He is also “on the dot” punctual and always arrives or rings when he says will and gets back to you very promptly.
Relationships/Existing database – As Daniel builds such strong relationships with buyers and vendors, he has a very strong database to help market your property. A significant number of the potential buyers actually came from Daniel personally emailing or calling his network to invite them to the inspection. This is invaluable when you are trying to optimise your campaign, and demonstrates the difference in service you receive when working with a leading agent in the area.
Strategy/Advice – Daniel is very upfront and honest and doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear. This meant that I completely trusted his advice, and consistently sought his opinions on all the decisions we had to make through the campaign – from presenting the property through to marketing.
Results - probably one of the most important skills is that Daniel achieves exceptional results!!! I achieved well over my reserve and was absolutely thrilled with the result.
