Daniel helped the reviewer sell this property

Very professional and strategic advice which achieved a great result.

Daniel and his team sold my investment property in Elsternwick during lockdown. He patiently negotiated with the only buyer that was able to get through before lockdown and the first open could not occur. We achieved a great result and at no time did he attempt to condition me as the vendor to accept the only offer or move towards the purchaser’s expectations. Ultimately through several offers against themselves, Daniel achieved a result $55k above their first offer which met my expectations to take it off the market. Would defiantly use Daniel again.
