Like most vendors, we wanted a good price for our house but not having sold in Australia before we weren't sure which real estate agency we could trust. Perhaps we're too cynical, but we expected to be told one story when the agents were trying to sign us up and another story when it came to accepting an offer. Daniel Atsis, however, proved us wrong. He had a tested marketing plan, which was not costly, delivered a large number of people to the inspections and three competing bidders to the auction. He had a timeline based on our needs, which he stuck to and which got us our buyer on the planned day. He explained the selling process clearly and accurately and supported us in making key decision such as the best reserve price.
