Daniel from Belle Property was excellent. He also offered a project manager to oversee the pre-sale work that was needed on the property - painting, cleaning, handyman, etc. She sent me quotes and I agreed to them, and the work was done immediately! This was important to me as I live in regional Victoria and could not easily travel to our property to meet people, etc. Daniel gave me a realistic idea of what work needed to be done (and not done) and also the price range. He gave a good overview of the viewing groups that came through at each opening and also negotiated with the parties who were finally interested - landing a good price for me.
