Daniel was excellent, walked me through the process, referred me to excellent trades to help me make some improvements before sale which I used, referred me to a lawyer as an option which I used also. As I was interstate, Daniel also enabled access to the property for all trades which was very helpful. He provided updates, was responsive when I reached out with questions, gave me good guidance and worked extra hard in difficult circumstances with COVID restrictions.

The process of selling in these time has been trying Melbourne has had a few issues with the Covid 19 shutdowns and now earthquakes, so selling has had it moments.
