Very stressful 6 months with a pitiful outcome.

Daniel was great to deal with - friendly, transparent and realistic. He struck me as credible - and did what he said he would do, and when. It was refreshing.

Daniel from Belle Property was excellent. He also offered a project manager to oversee the pre-sale work that was needed on the property - painting, cleaning, handyman, etc. She sent me quotes and I agreed to them, and the work was done immediately! This was important to me as I live in regional Victoria and could not easily travel to our property to meet people, etc. Daniel gave me a realistic idea of what work needed to be done (and not done) and also the price range. He gave a good overview of the viewing groups that came through at each opening and also negotiated with the parties who were finally interested - landing a good price for me. I recommend Daniel Atsis and his team highly.

We liked the fact that Daniel is involved in every step of the process from meetings to open for inspections and even as auctioneer on the day.
