From the moment the contract for selling my house was signed, it was all ‘go’. The process was streamlined, the presentation on-line was attractive( thanks to a great photographer), open house and follow up consultations kept me well informed of the developments at every stage. Daniel is enthusiastic and professional and I think has a feeling for matching buyers with properties. It was an altogether positive experience.

We chose our real estate agent after 12 months of looking for property in the area to buy and therefore getting to know dozens of local agents. Daniel stood out for several reasons. He was genuine, honest and real. He was always friendly and pleasant to talk to and not at all pushy or "real estate agenty." This is unusual in an agent, but immensely valuable as it builds trust with buyers which is crucial for getting a good price during the negotiation phase. When you like someone, you are more likely to trust them. A lot of agents would do well to learn this lesson. In working with him, he really took the time the understand us and our needs, which were more than just getting a good price. We were not just a sale to him. He managed the whole process as if it were his own home. He never pushed us into anything we weren't comfortable to do, such as sell for less when there were only people trying to come in with low offers during the pandemic. This was despite the fact that if we didn't get a good price, we'd revert to renting it out, which would have meant no sale for Daniel. But he didn't push us to accept a low offer, even when we were tempted. He assured us that the house was worth more and that we could do better. And we did. He worked really, really hard to get us a sale in the middle of the strictest lockdown period. He chased down leads and got people through our house who wouldn't have come through based on the online adds. He was clever and strategic in presenting our house as desirable, without being overly pushy as so many agents are.  The bottom line is this: If you want someone who is absolutely on your team, this is the agent for you. If you want someone who is genuine, honest and has integrity (without sacrificing price), this is the agent for you. If you want someone who will work especially hard to get you a good sale, this is the agent for you. If you want someone you will genuinely enjoy working with, this is the agent for you.

In June 2015, after researching the property market for about 7 months, I made the difficult decision to sell my dream home. My unit sold 1 week after the 1st official open, for a great price, this time by "The Expressions of Interest " method. Daniel is a wonderful communicator, both with vendors & buyers alike. He kept me fully informed during every step of the sales process. He has a great knowledge of the market, is always totally professional, thorough & reads people well. But most of all, Daniel has integrity. He treats both his buyers & sellers with courtesy & respect at all times. When you put your biggest asset in the hands of an agent you literally put your future in their hands. I'm delighted I chose Daniel.
