Daniel took over this sale after the previous agent had 1 inspection in 3 months. He was averaging 3-4 inspections a week and after 8 weeks had an acceptable offer. He then worked through the delays with the buyers bank, which was a challenging exercise, but he delivered the settlement in the original time frame. Highly recommend his work.
