When I met Daniel just on 12 months ago I had no idea what to do with a property that I was now an Executor for. I had no idea where to start with it, there was so much work to be done on it prior to sale. It was certainly a learning curve! Dan as a person was a great guy. Very polite and up too date on what the market is doing. My negatives are more agency related! Was meant too have 2 opens per week, but was only open on Saturday, Dan did his best by changing time's and pictures around on the web. Need too have 2 people at opens, because Dan had too stand outside taking id's, which left no-one too sell the features of the property with the people who turned up for opens. But I thank Dan for trying his hardest.
