I would high recommend Daniel if you are planning to sell your property. We met with three different agents and it was Daniels knowledge, experience and friendly genuine nature that got him across the line. He was extremely proactive, organising photos almost immediately and they were first class and really reflected the hard work we had put into preparing our home for sale. We ended up getting multiple offers after the first open and sold it the day after for a great price, the whole process from listing to sale took 5 days. Daniel always kept us in the loop and although he had many listing, to us it felt as if he was only selling our house. I couldn't recommend him more highly, don't waste your time with other agents go straight to Daniel.
