From signing up, how the campaign would be run, expenses, commission, auction day etc., everything was explained with good humour and patience. His confidence in his abilities and knowledge of the market reassured me that in these uncertain economic and Covid times that I would get the desired result. Right from the beginning Daniel was friendly and full of relevant information. He certainly knew his business and his approximate figure for mum's house turned out to be 'spot on'. He presented information in terms that was easy to understand and his communication skills were first rate.
