Daniel and his sales assistant Mary-Ann were a wonderful team. They were always willing to answer our questions at opens. They were friendly and personable. However, Daniel was a little more difficult to reach during the week, but he still helped us with everything we needed in order to purchase the property.
Overall we had a very positive experience with Daniel and his team. They worked hard and the result at auction was excellent. Our only gripe is communication - we needed more communication during the viewings process, to keep us updated, and we haven't heard a peep from Daniel since the auction. A follow-up phone call would have been nice. So lots of ticks for the result and process, and a cross for communication.
