Don't expect him to deliver what he promises! He'll say anything to get your business then do what's in his own best interest. I was told he was a great communicator but really just a fast talker. Conned us into signing documents that our solicitor advised us later we shouldn't have signed and left us out of pocket by thousands of dollars. Lacks integrity
