Daniel was very personable and helpful in all aspects of the sale and made himself available at all times including assisting us set up the apartment for the photographer and advising us of support services with handymen and removalists. Even though the final sale price was somewhat below our expectations we appreciated Daniel being able to sell the apartment quickly in a rapidly falling market with an oversupply of other apartments.
