I'd been considering selling my property for several years. Over that time I had interacted with many of the local agents - but not Daniel. Daniel was knowledgeable, hard working and reasonably balanced in all communication with us. His reputation as a successful and high volume operator helped provide a bigger pool of buyers for us. His advice re staging the home (at a reasonable expense) was invaluable, although his auction strategy may not have been the best for us. However, overall I would strongly recommend him to all prospective sellers - however big or small your property may be.
