Daniel was the agent of a house I purchased in late '16. Although working for the home seller, he also somewhat made it his business to work for me too. He was a like no other man or person that I've come across in a very long time, as I had been going through a bit rough trot in life, Daniel was compassionate, considerate and without predjudice, he took me on face value and made it a point to get to know me and do what ever he could do in his power to help me get back on my feet. He managed to get the sale across for the seller at a price they wanted, as well as get me into the house as quick as possible, before Christmas too which was unreal. He has a heart of gold and I forever wish him all the happiness and success in the world and he deserves it, if any one was half the man he is, the world would be a much better place. I enjoyed working and negotiating with Daniel. I personally don't like all the 'smoke and mirrors' when it comes to the price haggling so I just went in with my best offer that could afford and what I think the house was worth. Once Daniel realised this he worked with me and my price and secured a deal that everyone was happy with.
