I enjoyed working and negotiating with Daniel. I personally don't like all the 'smoke and mirrors' when it comes to the price haggling so I just went in with my best offer that could afford and what I think the house was worth. Once Daniel realised this he worked with me and my price and secured a deal that everyone was happy with.

We purchased our home through Daniel. There was an issue that was signed off as requiring fixing on 'condition of sale'. The seller did not want to pay for it to be fixed and we were trying to contact Daniel and his partner for 5 months to help us sort this issue out. They were highly evasive and did not want to take responsibility for it. We ended up having to come to a settlement between ourselves that left us out of pocket because it was dragging on so long.

It was a privilege to meet Daniel. Personable, intelligent and immensely knowledgeable, Daniel took on my very difficult property close to a major road, aged and needing a lot of tender loving care and helped me present it in the best possible manner. He succeeded where other agents failed. His strengths are his honesty and transparency with buyers and sellers( rare in any agent these days) and his willingness to work with his clients, particularly in listening to and acting on those elements that are important to you. Daniel sold our small but renovated 3 by 2 Unit. Even though it was difficult to sell our property for the money we expected, Daniel kept opening our property twice a week or more to give it the best chance of selling. It was a very stressful journey but we are more than glad to have chosen him and his team.
