The seller did not want to pay for it to be fixed and we were trying to contact Daniel and his partner for 5 months to help us sort this issue out. They were highly evasive and did not want to take responsibility for it. We ended up having to come to a settlement between ourselves that left us out of pocket because it was dragging on so long.
