Daniel provided a similar price range for the property as 1 other and higher than another. The reason I originally went with Daniel was because of his in person follow up to understand my needs and explain his perspective. Daniel had a plan and pivoted speedily to another strategy when the original was not working. Daniel kept regular contact and provided updates but ultimately delivered on his commitment to me which is all I can ask.

Daniel certainly was very keen and worked hard on selling my property. A good outcome for me. Recommended.
