Right from the start when we first approach Daniel inquiring about how we should go about selling our home he and his team never pushed us or pressured us, they helped us ever step of the way from preplanning to DE cluttering, the presentation of the house and yard. We planned the best way to market the house all the people on Daniel's team were amazing the house sold so quickly we got the settlement time we wanted and best of all the house sold above the price we were expecting. I can not recommend Daniel and his team at Hayeswinkle Highton highly enough.

After listing with 2 other agents (for a total of 6 months) in the area with little feedback or communication, we decided to give Danny a go. He had the house listed and sold with in 7 days. We could not believe it! We have now recommended several of our friends, whom have had similar results.

Our experience with Daniel and Grace at Hayeswinckle was without a doubt the best we have ever encountered. Within one week our property had three offers, all above our top asking price and with great terms. The final offer we accepted was well above anything we could have wished for. Before going to Hayeswinckle we received quotes and market evaluations from a number of agents. They all recommended we should go for auction, invest in updating our home further and estimated we would get approx $70,000 less than what we sold our property for. For a 2 bedroom house that was more suited to investors and first home owners, auction just didn't make sense. On top of this, their advertising fees and commission fees were often over the top. Daniel was the only agent to recommend private sale with half the advertising and no updates to the home except manicuring the lawns. It really paid off - literally!!! Daniel's sound, no nonsense advice was invaluable. Even before we had any offers on the table, we were raving about the service we had received. Grace managed all of the advertising and open houses. She created a real buzz about our property and worked herself to the bone to ensure we had the perfect experience with Hayeswinckle. She is so organised, it is ridiculous! Not once did we ever need to chase her for updates or feel we were left in the dark. Her ability to create competition between interested parties was particularly impressive. On top of this, Daniel and Grace never got our hopes up with verbal musings and offers. They only came to us with written offers and contracts ready to sign. Our only piece of advice would be to listen to everything they say and follow their lead because Hayeswinckle agents really know what they are doing. So do yourself a favour and don't bother shopping around because Hayeswinckle are the dream team!
