Michelle was excellent in every way. I’ve bought and sold 8 properties for my family, and numerous others for clients when I worked as a Chartered Accountant. I first met Michelle over 20 years ago, and she still has the same honesty and integrity from then. Michelle gave us an accurate assessment of the property value about 3 months before Mum entered Aged Care. Once she went in, we needed to sell the property quickly to pay the bond. Michelle gave us accurate and timely advice throughout the sale process. She was always ready to talk, and even dealt with a potential buyer on Christmas Day and Boxing Day when if she’d asked me I would have told her to leave it. When we ran into a slight issue during the campaign, Michelle gave us the correct advice and a sale was made at the price we had agreed within days.
