I contacted Daniel after seeing a social media post that he’d sold a property similar to mine in Kedron. After asking for info (the sale price, buyer demand and what the motivators were for the interest in that property) I checked online for reviews by sellers and buyers. I was really impressed. When I invited Daniel to chat I had no idea that his commission structure was different to other agents, ranging from 1.3-2.3%. I was really surprised that his commission starts much lower than others. And that as a seller the power was in my hands to decide what commission I would choose to pay once a contract was signed. Needless to say, when he sold my house unconditionally after only 3 days on the market for a record price, I was more than happy to pay him the full commission of 2.3%.
