Daniel has a great knowledge of Kedron, My property was not an average house, it appealed to a special type of buyer He was accurate on what I could expect the sale price to be, he communicated with me on the progress and enquiries every day. His negotiation skills were obvious when the house was affected by the recent Brisbane floods. At no time did I feel under pressure during the marketing and sale process. I would highly recommend Daniel Hooper as a professional agent.

Communication is 100%, honest to the point. One real estate I went with advertised as $710,000 plus then the real estate come to me and said we had an offer of $640,000 I hang up in disgust and felt absolutely let down, another real estate agent just wanted a quick pay day as usual they been to Toyota sales schools. Daniel came in Mr.1% and said you need to do this and this I will sell your property in 5 days, sure enough he was right. It blew the Toyota real estate agent out of the water. You can read in a couple of months what the house sold for. In the past couple of years at 2.4%-2.5% real estate agents over the last couple of years have earned the biggest pay increase. My personal opinion they've increase their wage by 24%. Why sell your house to a Toyota dealer and give them $20,000 when you can talk to Mr 1% and not get fuck over. Sorry for the Aussie slang. So who do you want to deal with? A car sales man or someone who I think is honest? This is only my opinion. S.A.M
