One real estate I went with advertised as $710,000 plus then the real estate come to me and said we had an offer of $640,000 I hang up in disgust and felt absolutely let down, another real estate agent just wanted a quick pay day as usual they been to Toyota sales schools. Daniel came in Mr.1% and said you need to do this and this I will sell your property in 5 days, sure enough he was right. It blew the Toyota real estate agent out of the water. You can read in a couple of months what the house sold for. In the past couple of years at 2.4%-2.5% real estate agents over the last couple of years have earned the biggest pay increase. My personal opinion they've increase their wage by 24%. Why sell your house to a Toyota dealer and give them $20,000 when you can talk to Mr 1% and not get fuck over. Sorry for the Aussie slang. So who do you want to deal with? A car sales man or someone who I think is honest? This is only my opinion. S.A.M
