Don't list with Daniel unless you are serious about selling! We were still a little undecided when we listed our property - and once we'd signed it was all systems go. The house sold in a trice, and for an unexpectedly good price. Had to battle feeling homeless for a little while ;). So yes, a shocking experience, and one that we'd elect to do all over again with Daniel! Daniel is very personable, communicates frequently and well, is responsive, and we particularly liked his open nature and commitment to integrity. We highly recommend him if you want an agent who is straightforward, hard working, and does his best for his client.

His enthusiasm for his work was palpable and he was at all times focussed on the main goal of achieving the best result for his client, whilst at the same time providing good customer service to purchasers such as myself.
