We signed up with Daniel after trying to sell the house ourselves (its a mistake and waste of $$ don't bother!) As the house was tenanted well below market value we had some difficulty selling to investors. The residing tenants would not allow home opens, virtual tour, any photos, ... and this made it very difficult for Daniel to navigate. But here we are - he did it! The house has sold and we got what we wanted for the property. We are very happy, communication was excellent all the way through.
