What first drew me to consider Daniel K as my sales representative was the List Ready Loan available that suited my personal situation perfectly - I had maintainance I needed done to get my house ready to sell, I could not afford to pay any agent VPA without this loan, being a student and seperated with the full responsibilility of the property and finances relating to it. The loan truely was a god sent and my only real option to sell without a huge loss in this tough market. Daniel as a Sales Representative was also very enthusiastic and motivated, and have a geniune desire to help get the best price possible price, agreeing to meet me at my price and it was achieved, so I could walk away without a loss. Thankfully that happened in my particular situation as I had a highly motivated buyer before even the first home open and I walked away without a loss of invested funds, even after paying agent fees. It was not a 100% straight forward process the whole way, my biggest hurdle being my finances and anxieties given my personal sale circumstances, though all were address with the advantage of the List Ready Loan and Daniels mostly reassurancing and understanding approach to seeing the sale through to the end. Very happy with the result and thankful to have successful sold in this tough market without a loss. Freeing me to move on comfortably after a divorce into a new life chapter.
