Dan helped us buy our dream first home well before we were ready to buy! We came along to the first open home for this unit despite not yet being pre-approved or in our new jobs long enough to apply for a loan. Dan still sat down with us for a coffee after the open home to discuss the application process, the current market & to give us advice on buying our first home (even if it wasn’t going to be this one). He stayed in contact with us over the next 2 weeks to keep us informed on the competition until we could put an offer on the place. In that time, the unit went under offer and fell through due to a building flaw.
