I first met Daniel when he came into my work place I found him to be a genuine, likeable, trustworthy and down to earth guy and when he told me he sold real estate I had no hesitation in listing my place with him it had previously been sole agent for 3 months and we had dismal, unrealistic offers. Daniel had managed to sell my home within a month of being the sole agent I cannot recommend him highly enough. For a young man he communicates well and makes sure he keeps you in the loop of all the things he is organising such as open homes and advertising and the work he is doing behind the scenes.
