Daniel is quite rightly the leading agent in the area. He calmly and rationally explained the current market, expertly detailed the steps we would need to do to achieve the best result — but then — amazingly — he coordinated his team to get the property ready for sale. I did almost nothing but sign the agency agreement. 3 weeks later a top result, bang on the money. Then good communication post sale right up to settlement. Impossible to fault.
