I first rang Daniel around Xmas 2019 about the sale of my three bedroom Marsfield townhouse realising many potential buyers would be away on holidays . He advised me of what needed renovating and organised and arranged all the trades people , with one even starting on Boxing Day . It was listed for sale on January 25th with an open house which attracted 39 interested parties . Daniel and Eva are really switched on highly motivated people and I was advised whether the lookers were hot , warm or cold from day one . They signed a deal and took 10% deposit on the evening of February 12th and I signed on February 13th , two days before the booked auction date . Oliver & Daniel are an impressive sales & marketing team. I always received an individualized, customer-focused approach from them and this was greatly appreciated.
