We first met Daniel and Oliver when we purchased a townhouse in which Daniel and Oliver were the agents for the other party. In order to finance our purchase of the townhouse, we needed to sell our apartment. We chose Daniel and Oliver after hearing positive feedback from the previous owner of the townhouse. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable of the property market in Epping, and provided really helpful insight as to how he would target specific customers. He suggested doing interior design, which we were hesitant at first because it required quite a bit of expenditure. However we trusted Daniel's suggestion and proceeded with it. What wonderful results this came about with the property being sold within a week of it being displayed at a price that was within our desired result. During the whole process, Daniel was available to answer my queries and also to provide updates. He acted with great professionalism. Whilst Daniel was the client facing person to us, I will also acknowledge Oliver in his contribution in ringing and inviting potential customers in to inspect our place and was definitely a big part of the success of selling our apartment What I appreciated about Daniel and Oliver was their integrity. I have heard of real estate agents quote an unrealistic sale price and ask clients to pay a few thousand grands to advertise on Real Estate or Domain, only to be disappointed with the lack of results. This was not the case. They provided a realistic sale price range to set our expectations, and also did everything they can to bring in as many customers in their client base without the need to spend thousands of dollars on advertising on the two public real estate websites.
