Daniel had such a can do attitude, there wasnt any task that arose which he couldn't handle. Once we told Daniel about our situation downsizing dad he got straight to work and was helping us in every aspect , from marketing , finance , inspections , communication, pointers about our next purchase. He really stepped up and helped me with it all as I was helping my dad downsize all the phone calls and paperwork was a massive task made simple with Daniels help. He helped around the house too would you believe it ? Yes changing light bulbs and helping us tidy the yard up ready for our first inspection. I really cant fault Daniel.
