Yes here is an agent whom does everything he promises. Right through all stages not just the initial honeymoon period! As a past agent myself I certainly know what it takes to be a genuine and honest real estate agent. It was difficult to hand over the reigns so to speak but having the knowledge Dan's work ethic was fantastic made it easier for me to cope.
