This is the second property I have sold through Dan and there’s a good reason why. He is a hard worker and extremely professional. In fact he went above and beyond to get the house ready for its final inspection. Highly recommend Dan as an agent and will certainly use him in the future
It was a pleasure dealing with Daniel to sell our home. He has extensive knowledge of the local area and current market conditions, which helped get us a quick sale and the price we we after. Daniel is honest and reliable and it really was a painless exercise in selling our home - we have no hesitation in recommending Daniel as the best agent to sell your home too.
I would strongly recommend Daniel to anyone who is interested in purchasing and buying a house. He is a great agent with great work ethic, communication skills and efficiency.
Daniel is very experienced in marketing of Innaloo homes, as he specialises in this suburb. He loves his job and works very hard for his client.. is always on time and willing to share ideas. The seller doesn't have to do a thing- and Daniel will organise tradesmen if fix-it jobs are necessary on your home. I enjoyed the selling experience with Daniel!
Daniel provided very professional and efficient service, with good communication and assistance through the buying process.
Still waiting for the bottle of wine he said he would bring around…. Unfortunately my experience with Daniel Poiani will always be tainted by the enormous amount of stress and worry that was put on me and my family at the end of our settlement. I will not forget that feeling and would not recommend him to any prospective buyers or sellers. I gave him 1 star because zero was not an option.
Daniel was extremely professional and worked hard to ensure a quick sale with the best possible price offer. He kept us up to date on potential offers and the market at the time of sale. Daniel is informed and knowledgeable of the market and conducts the transition of sale between the seller and buyer very smoothly. I would recommend Daniel as your selling agent
My house was sold before I even had a chance to worry. Got a great price and a quick and hassle free experience. 10/10 would use again if I need a place sold !.
Daniel was fantastic. He provided us with every confidence that he was working for us as a seller to get a result we were after. A stand out for me was his constant and appropriate communication. We always knew how home opens we’re going and the level of interest in the property. There was always a phone call followed up by a text and message if we missed each other. Great work Daniel, I would definitely recommend him!
Daniel was amazing! He kept us up to date at all times which was great for me as I stress a LOT! We had heaps of questions and queries and he was never too busy for us. He even helped us out with some jobs around the house! Would definitely recommend him, excellent service.
Daniel worked tirelessly to sell our townhouse in Innaloo for a top price and within a reasonable timeframe. He was great at communication. Would recommended to future sellers.
