Daniel and his team provide an exceptional real-estate service. From our very first meeting, we were impressed with Daniel and his clear plan for the sale and his in-depth knowledge of the local area. Every step of the way, there was clear communication, nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was able to navigate some complex situations to allow us to sell the property on time and with a great offer. He showed his true character when he advised us to not accept a first off-market offer that was decent but not great. If we had accepted that offer, it would have been easier and quicker for him to settle and require far less work. Instead, he did the right thing and took on more home opens and invested many more hours to further showcase the home and negotiated well to achieve the best offer. Deborah, his personal assistant, was also exceptionally helpful and organised, making the process much easier. She was able to assist with many things behind the scenes and was always on top of what had to be done. I would highly recommend asking Daniel to sell your house. He is a great agent with an amazing local knowledge a proven track record of sales. He is obviously very passionate about real estate and has great people skills. Overall, listing with Daniel was a great experience and with a fantastic result.
