I came off a Very bad experience with HARRIS Restate and was extremely disenchanted with all Real Estate Agents. But then I met Daniel and Ben. I found a house that I fell in love with and the boys could not accommodate me anymore if they tried. I was able to make times to see the property when it was suitable to me and from talking to them and having them tell me the story of the current owner and how much they actually knew about her was so encouraging, especially after the web of lies that HARRIS told me, which actually made me start to think of Real Estate Agents in a nicer light. I put an offer in and the boys explained the whole procedure and kept in touch with me at every turn. I know they work for the Vendor however I felt very comfortable that they were working for me as well. I have spoken to other friends in regards to dealing with Agents and they cant believe how brilliant these boys were in making all parties happy. I bought my amazing new house which we are currently renovating and making it into an beautiful home. One of the most amazing things about Daniel is that he pulls up from time to time when we are out the front to see how we are going and when I see him out, he always says hello. If I were to sell or buy another property I would absolutely use Daniel and Ben. It is extremely refreshing to meet Real Estate Agents that have such a grounding disposition which creates Trust and Confidence.
