When you think of Real Estate Agents you generally think of Car Salesman. Daniel is the most refreshing Agent I have come across in such a long time. His knowledge is incredible and what I love the best about him, besides that he is incredibly handsome, is that he is extremely realistic and honest. Everyone wants their house to break records in their area and in ours eyes it is worth every cent, however Daniel give it to you in Black and White. His research is thorough and gives you all the sales of what has sold in your area so you have a good understanding of what your property is worth. Our property was difficult. It has an unusual layout and we chose to put it on the market at the same time as everyone else in the area, ie springtime. However Daniel Richardson and his efficient team did a professional job and it sold in 6 weeks. At first we were sceptical of his ideas – no media advertising, but that was correct for our property and the current market. People these days looking for a house like ours, are going to be looking on line. That saved us a lot of money. He also correctly worked out what the value of the house was, compared to others on the market. We saw several other nearby properties being taken off the market after a few weeks on the market at an unrealistic price. The people he recommended to help get the house ready were efficient and effective – the painter, cleaner, stylist and photographer all did a great job, so the house looked wonderful! He was easy to relate to, and I felt confident leaving the property in his hands for open inspections.
