I found Daniel to have very good market knowledge, his communications exemplary with very good liason skills. However I found dealing with the market ie: buyers frustrating.
Dan was professional, responsive and easy to deal with. He communicated well with us as the purchasers and at, the stage of negotiation, he worked very hard throughout the weekend reaching agreement to close the sale.
