Right from my very first contact with Daniel l found him to be on point and upto date with were the market is at allowing for a quick and great response with selling my property. Not only was he knowledgeable on all things to do with the sale of my property, he was great at listening and keeping in contact with what was happening all the way through. I would definitely list with Daniel again for selling a property.

We decided to sell through Dan after seeing his great results in our area. Dan impressed us right from the start with his great communication, motivation and professional knowledge. We felt very comfortable and relaxed working with Dan. He kept us updated with regular feedback and our unit was sold quickly. A very smooth and positive experience. Thank you so very much Dan.

Dan and his team, From the signing of contracts to the opening days and right up to selling my property. They are extremely friendly, happy to do or help with anything and everything. Dan sold my last house and has now sold my second house Great team to work with and to get the best outcome as possible

Daniel was great to deal with and was very helpful with answering all our questions while buying our first home. Glad that we had such a great experience with him

We felt comfortable purchasing our new home through Dan from the get go. Dan has a great attitude, always returned calls promptly, kept us up to date every step of the way and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. We can't thank Dan enough for turning this usually stressful time of buying a house into a fun experience for our whole family! Thanks Dan!

I found Daniel to have very good market knowledge, his communications exemplary with very good liason skills. However I found dealing with the market ie: buyers frustrating.

Dan was professional, responsive and easy to deal with. He communicated well with us as the purchasers and at, the stage of negotiation, he worked very hard throughout the weekend reaching agreement to close the sale. Afterwards he was extremely helpful with adjustments to the settlement date. We were very appreciative of the support provided by Dan.

We have been fortunate to deal with Daniel on many sales and purchases and always found home to be well informed in all areas, market knowledge, professionalism and communication. Great to work with.

Dan is what Andrew and Nola call the real professional in the real estate business. Not only is Dan so committed to achieving the best results for the vendor but his personal communication to us was exemplary and we could not recommend him any more highly. His professionalism and communication exceeded our expectations. Great Great job Dan.
