We dealt with Daniel Sheehan from Clarke nextre realestate in Warragul and found purchasing our property a delight as Daniel was very accomodating and a pleasure to deal with. He certainly went above and beyond our expectations for us. As I am a stroke survivor our list of needs was quite intensive no steps no steep inclines or declines easily accessible had to be wheelchair friendly low maintanence secure back yard big enough for our toddler son to be able to run around and play with his dog as well as have room got play equipment and sand pits. Must have undercover parking and be able access the house without having to go out in the weather lots of bench space and cupboards wall oven dishwasher no shower over bath and a seperate toilet 3 bedrooms built in robes. .all at a reasonable price of no more than 380,000. To our amazement he was able to find a suitable property to match all our needs And being new to the area with his local knowledge he was able to tell us of suitable parks for our son that are disabled friendly in the immediate area as well as daycare centres and kindergartens. Daniel was in regular contact to let us know what he had found to ask if it was suitable and when he told us about the property we purchased he was still in regular contact through out the negotiation period keeping us up to date. I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone looking to purchase in the Drouin Warragul and surrounding area. After dealing with Daniel I can’t understand why people say buying a home is the most daunting and stressful time of their lives. He even was able to reach an agreement with the vendors to leave play equipment they no longer required for our son including cubby house swings and a trampoline we rate Daniel 10 out of 10 for his professionalism knowledge and communication.
