However, our experience with Daniel has been good - we have found him honest and straight forward, always ready to respond to our queries. and prompt with feedback. When I realized that clarknextre where handling the sale at 736 grand ridge rd Seaview I was concerned that this was going to be very difficult as previous dealings with Mr Clark ,Dean Mcfarlane and Ben who all said they would return my calls regarding the property in hogans lane Trafalgar south over a period of nine months but never did. Daniel made the whole process of selling our property easy, from the initial visit, working out the price, the visit by the photographer and then the inspections. Daniel kept us updated with the dates and times of inspections and the interest being shown by the various parties. Daniel was easy to approach and answered any questions honestly and promptly.
