Easy to deal with through negotiation process and had contacts to make the sale easy, however did when the contract was written up, it didn't include the spa which was advertised with house. I should of added but missed it which eventuated in the sellers removing it from the house before settlement. The contract was also marked that the smoke alarms were compliant which we found was not the case on settlement date
Daniel and Lyle understand the market well and were very helpful going ouof their way to help us with the purchase and sale process of our properties.
