Our sales experience with Rory was outstanding. During our first meeting he communicated clearly a marketing strategy that would work for the sale of our house. He was aware of the builder and the quality inclusions the home had to offer and with this knowledge listed the place accordingly. Rory’s plan made sense and he filled us with confidence that the sale of our home was in the right hands. Rory also put in the effort to see the sale closed during this economic downturn. We are pleased with the results.

Our experience with Rory was effortless and brilliant! He was very professional and honest at the initial meeting, not pushy or quoting us an inflated price. Once we choose to go with him the process was seem- less. The photos and video were booked for a convenient time for us and they came out beautifully showing off our house. Rory then negotiated a great offer over the wk end above our expectations. We would definitely recommend Rory to any friends or family looking to sell in the Yeppoon area!

The Rory team were excellent and achieved a good price with their marketing strategy; I would highly recommend them
