Great guy super job in selling my house above asking price

David kept us informed at all times and was fairly confident the house would sell, whereas we thought we may never sell it in today's market. Job well done by the team.

Daniel was a great help in me achieving my new property. I came up frm nsw with only a few days to find a house. He had already done his research based on what i wanted and importantly the budget. Drove me all over the place and put up with me yapping away. Very patient. Never pushed anything and as soon as i said no not interested in a property we left amd moved onto next property. Its rare to find a real estate agent not doing the hard sell beyond yr price range. Thankyou and would highly recommend daniel. Also Put me onto solicitors and people to do building inspections. Always answered my queries even after i went bck to nsw till settlement. Cant recommend daniel enough !!!
