Daniel was very professional in managing the sale of our property. Communication and feedback from him was excellent and as we expected. The property was sold a few weeks after auction for a suitable price considering the property market seemed fairly flat at the time. The property went on the market in October and sold prior to Christmas. Extra time was required for settlement due to the public holidays over the Christmas period.
