He was always punctual in attending his appointments with us, courteous in his explanations to us and after the follow up from Open House Inspections he gave us good feedback as to what we could expect from a potential buyer.

Daniels task was made harder by the fact that the house was not clean, gear was left in garage and the stove was filthy. There was some confusion about gas heater. Both reps sort of thought that it came with house ( it didn't ). Although we should have read the contract closer. Daniel was very cordial and communative throughtout the whole process and we thank him for that. we would have no hesitation in recommending Daniel to other people.
