Although Tasmanian residents, we happened to be overseas for a short while when a house we loved came on the market with Daniel. We've found that agents often don't take a remote enquiry seriously or treated as 'too hard' and been left frustrated. Ok hear I go I am not a great one for doing reviews, on anything,but I will try and see how I go. Do I write a glowing review and know one believes me,and if it’s not very convincing,it sounds bad,so how do I find the right ground for this review. I had found Daniel on realestate.com to come and give me some advice on selling my rental property and some idea’s on the price to ask for it. So after some home improvements( a lick of paint and new carpets ) we placed it on the market at what we thought was a reasonable price to start with after the first open home I was starting to worry as only a few people went through. Daniel assured me that we could do better in the next couple of open homes, when we had a very low offer and Daniel says it a starting point, and we could push for more which he did but still short of the mark and again he said he would give it another nudge to see how we go. This time it was as close to our asking price that we agreed on the sale. So Daniel had done what we had asked in a friendly manner, good sense of humour that made us feel relaxed throughout the process and was helpful all the way through. we would strongly recommend Daniel .
