Katrina was enthusiastic and guided the asking price so competently, sent all necessary documents to register for sale within 2 days, explained the process, organised effective marketing, and the property was sold within 3-4 weeks! No stress! Katrine negotiated for final price and successfully achieved the price I wanted. She organised settlement agent - the whole process was easy. And I have to mention that Arkley and Co managed the property as a rental for 2 years prior to sale, and I found them responsible and attentive - no problems! A true pleasure!

Just don't choose anyone else! Having never sold a house before I was unsure how it worked or what to expect, Katrina immediately put me at ease. Every request was acted on promptly and any questions I had were answered honestly, respectfully and professionally.
