In my dealings with Daniel I was impressed with his knowledge of the Hobart property market, he was able to provide some insights from being the person on the ground in the property market. He was a friendly person who was able to answer any queries and if he was unable to answer them he offered to do the research to find out the answer for you. I found this very helpful. His assistant Renee was also very helpful in organising times for a house inspection and valuations at the property and I had no problems gaining access to undertake these tasks as part of the sale process.

The initial trying to contact agent was very difficult, especially trying to make an appointment to view the house and had to deal with assistant. My wife and I decided to sell up and move back to Hobart after living in Brisbane for 25 years.
