Very professional and trustworthy

Daniel was very professional from day one at my first inspection. He spoke openly and honestly about the property [I was interested in purchasing] and I instantly felt at ease negotiating with him. I have met some terrible agents in my travels so this was very refreshing. He knew the area very well, including a property I had owned previously, and there was no BS in the information he provided to me. Daniel always returned my calls, same day, if we didn't connect first go. He almost always had the answer to my queries and when he didn't he got back to me ASAP. It was a quick settlement period, but I didn't feel rushed as I trusted Daniel was managing his part. I feel in the end both the vendor and I got the best possible outcome with no games taking up valuable time. A significant portion of this was due to Daniel's "matter-of-fact" and genuine dealings with us. Thanks Daniel!
